Xur Inventory Review: June 14th to 17th

Destiny 2

Today we have a brand new Xur inventory review for the weekend of June 14th to the 17th. Let's dive right in! Remember, Xur has undergone a massive overhaul and will now be in the same spot within the Tower every weekend.

To complete missions faster and get rewards, you may find using U4GM a useful strategy. They offer affordable and secure destiny 2 cheap silver, which are great for unlocking the Season Pass, exclusive exotic weapons, and armor ornaments. By purchasing Silver, you can get top gear and rewards in the game faster, which can enhance your overall gaming experience.

 Catalysts

Arbalest Catalyst: This is an insane pickup. The Arbalest is one of the best PvE weapons in the game, with anti-barrier rounds built in. The Catalyst gives Genesis, which refills your entire magazine when you bust a barrier Champion's shield. A top priority.

Bad Juju Catalyst: Not bad either, especially with pulse rifles getting a huge buff this season. Valuable, but prioritize the Arbalest Catalyst.

 Armor

Lucky Raspberry (66 roll): Not terrible. Features resilience, recovery, and discipline, though more ability would be nice.

Heart of Inmost Light (69 roll): Huge recovery spike. Impressive stat line, but a bit too much recovery. Would prefer more resilience. Discipline is nice, but not the best.

Nezarec's Sin (68 roll): Great overall stat, but way too much mobility. Second highest stat is intellect, which isn't ideal.

 Exotic Weapons

Hawkmoon: Comes with Moving Target and Hammer-Forged Rifling. Not the best perk combination, so I'd pass on this one.

Crimson: The hand cannon version of Red Death. Very effective in Crucible at times but not currently the meta. Still a good pickup if you like hand cannons.

Borealis: Not the best sniper. The Fundamentals perk got a buff, lasting longer after death, but still not highly recommended.

D.A.R.C.I.: A meme exotic. Heavy sniper rifle with decent damage but outclassed by other heavy weapons.

 Legendary Weapons

Gnawing Hunger (Auto Rifle): Outlaw and Harmony. Not recommended.

Scathelocke (Auto Rifle): Subsistence and Eye of the Storm. Pass on this.

Nature of the Beast (Hand Cannon): Threat Detector and Opening Shot. Skip this.

Truth Teller (Grenade Launcher): Lead from Gold and Wellspring. Not worth it.

Far Future (Sniper Rifle): Rangefinder and Vorpal Weapon. Vorpal is good, but Rangefinder isn't ideal. Could be a decent pickup if you lack a good void linear fusion rifle.

Last Perdition (Pulse Rifle): Field Prep and Unrelenting. Not impressive.

Class-Specific Swords: Check these out for each character type. Crown-Splitter (Titan) has Thresh and Counterattack, but it's not great.

 Titan Armor

Seventh Seraph Set: Common set from Season 10. Check the rolls:

- Helmet (63): Not spiky enough, features recovery and intellect.

- Gauntlets (64): Average, with recovery.

- Chest (63): Too much mobility and intellect.

- Legs (65): Good resilience and strength, but with unwanted mobility.

 Warlock Armor

- Helmet (65): Good distribution but not incredible.

- Gauntlets (67): Massive discipline spike but too much mobility.

- Chest (64): High intellect, not ideal.

- Legs (63): All over the place stats.

 Hunter Armor

- Helmet (66): Massive resilience spike, great for PvE.

- Gauntlets (64): Recovery and discipline, less impressive.

- Chest (64): Too much strength but good mobility.

- Legs (64): Similar to the chest, not amazing.

 Swords

Check class-specific swords:

- Quickfang (Hunter): Tireless Blade and On Guard. Decent but not exceptional.

Overall, this week's best pickup is definitely the Arbalest Catalyst. It's perfect for dealing with Champions and avoids the need for double primary loadouts. The Crimson is also a solid choice for hand cannon enthusiasts. Most other items are average this week, but the Heart of Inmost Light might be worth picking up if it fits your build better than your current armor.
